Data Processing Addendum
Pre-launch. Spondeo is not yet incorporated, and a DPA cannot be issued by a non-entity. Once Spondeo incorporates, this page will host the DPA — incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and CCPA service-provider terms — for execution by customers in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California.
Until then, the Subprocessors list and Privacy Policy describe how personal data is currently handled by the pre-launch site.
